Abstract: Anjo is the "father" of time-based performance measurement and
optimisation in the Oracle world. He worked in Oracle Development for
more than 17 years and currently holds the position of Chief Oracle
Technologist for the I3 product suite from Symantec (former Veritas, and
before that Precise Software). He's the inventor and owner of the
website oraperf.com, and has worked with very large customers all over
the world, solving performance and availability problems. In this
presentation, he will discuss how to balance the tiers in a system so
that you don't end up with performance problems that have no solution!
