Abstract

DevOps/Continuous Delivery and Engineering Culture w. Alexander Grosse from ISSUU
There are technical issues and there are organisational issues which need to be resolved to implement continuous delivery and following the DevOps model. This talk describes how an organisation (and not only engineering) needs to be set up to enable the delivery teams to succeed. This includes how to react to mistakes, trust and a few funny stories about actual incidents.

NoOps - Beyond The DevOps Frontier w. Lars Kruse from Praqma
DevOps is often referred to in the meaning “Closing the gap between Development and Operations” or the analogy of a wall, where "Devs just throw deliveries over the wall to Ops". This speak is a glimpse into the a very near future where software developers aren’t dependent on Ops at all. In a NoOps world, queues have disappeared, resources are available at your command and everything is automated. In this future, developers verify their deliveries against the Definition of Done themselves and quality is build in - as opposed to glued on.
