"Making sense of your data"

Abstract:
Elasticsearch, together with its cousins Logstash and Kibana, provide you with a great environment to analyse your data. In this talk, we will jump into how the different projects work together, moving from taking a dataset from scratch through to a nice dashboard. Did you ever wonder how your logs look? How to analyse wikipedia? Your subversion repository? etc. If you have too much data, but not enough time, this is your talk.

Bio:
Pere is a software engineer at Elastic and prolific open source contributor. He’s spent more than a decade as a technologist, honing his love of data and databases as a researcher and coder. Pere has also spoken at many conferences worldwide, with a particular focus on graph processing and bringing meaning to your data sets. He’s proud to be the organizer of the first ever Graph Processing Developer Room at the annual FOSDEM conference.
